An audio-led course designed specifically for autistic women in mid-life, women who are late-identified, high-masking, burnt out, and navigating a world that was never quite built for the way their nervous system works.
Whether you've recently received your autism identification, or you're somewhere in the middle of wondering whether everything finally makes sense, this course gives you the language, the science, and the space to understand what has actually been happening.
Not as a diagnosis. Not as a label. As your life, finally explained.
Over five modules and thirteen lessons, you'll move through:
and why, for women especially, that cost has almost never been accurately named. You'll understand what decades of performing neurotypicality actually does to a nervous system, and why the exhaustion you've felt has always been proportionate to what you were carrying.
and why this particular stage of life can feel like everything gets harder at once. If you're in perimenopause or menopause, this section will give you a neurobiological framework for what's been happening, and why it's not weakness.
and how it differs from depression, from stress, from simply having a hard year. You'll understand what genuine recovery requires, which is often quite different from the self-care advice you've already tried.

as a clinical practice, not a soft concept. Including what it means to extend care backward, to the version of you who struggled for so long without understanding why.
-
You've received an autism identification as an adult and you're still trying to make sense of what that means for your history, your relationships, and your sense of who you are.
-
You suspect you might be autistic, and the way this course describes the experience feels more accurate than anything you've encountered before.
-
You're exhausted in a way that goes beyond busyness, a bone-deep, years-long kind of tired that rest doesn't touch.
-
You've always found certain things harder than they seemed to be for everyone else, and you've spent a long time assuming that said something unflattering about you.
-
You're moving through perimenopause or menopause and things that were previously manageable, even with effort, no longer are.
-
You're done performing fine, and you're ready to understand what's actually been happening.

This course was created by a clinical psychologist who works exclusively with women in midlife, many of whom are autistic, and who has her own lived experience of neurodivergence. There are no worksheets you have to complete on a schedule. No pressure to move faster than you're ready to. No expectation that you'll arrive at a tidy resolution by the end.
What there is: thirteen lessons, each around ten minutes, that you can listen to in your own order, at your own pace, and return to whenever you need them. Supporting handouts for every lesson. And content that has been written with the explicit understanding that your nervous system deserves to be met where it actually is, not where the world has expected it to be.
Her Mind's 1:1 clinical work is available to Australian clients
only. This course was designed in part so that women anywhere in the world can access high quality information that speaks to where they are at.
Therapy asks something significant of you. Sometimes the timing isn't right, you're too depleted, too uncertain, or you simply need to understand your own experience better before you're ready to go deeper with someone else.
This course aims to meet you where you are, without requiring anything more than that.
This course works well alongside existing therapeutic support. Many women find that having language and frameworks between sessions helps the work in session land more deeply.
If you're already working with a therapist, this is a beautiful compliment to that good work.
No live calls. No cohort to keep pace with. No one watching whether you've completed a module. Just content that's clinically grounded, deeply considered, and available on your terms.
Thirteen lessons across five modules, each approximately ten minutes. Designed for the way autistic women actually process information: in depth, with space, without unnecessary noise.
A beautifully designed handout for each lesson, including key concepts, practical takeaways, reflection prompts, and a single "what to
remember" for when you need to come back to something quickly.
No cohort, no deadline, no falling behind. This is yours to move through in the way that works for your nervous system, in order, out of order, slowly, or in a week of deep focus.
Your access runs for six months from the date of purchase, enough time to move through the content at your own pace, return to what you need, and let it settle properly. The lessons you need most right now may not be the ones you need most in three months' time.
You don't need to have everything figured out before you begin. You don't need to be certain of your identification, certain of your burnout, or certain that this is the right time.
You just need to be a woman who has been working very hard for a very long time, and who is ready to understand why and how to be better supported, or find more ease.
Six months access · Immediate start · No schedule required
