When women have language for what they are experiencing their responses often begin to make more sense.

Her Education brings clinic thinking into an accessible format, helping women explore their experiences with more context, curiosity and self-understanding.

The courses are not designed to feel like another task to complete.

Each program is primarily audio-led, allowing women to learn in way that fits around work, family, movement and everyday life. Supporting resources are included where they genuinely add value, without creating unnecessary pressure or cognitive load.

The content is informed by Lyndsay's clinical experience working with neurodivergent women and her understanding of the biological, psychological and social factors that shape women's wellbeing.

For the doubt that often follows a late autism identification, the quiet 'what if I made this up' feeling so many women describe.

This self-paced course pairs an in-depth article with a guided reflection worksheet, working through where the doubt comes from, what your own evidence actually shows, and how to respond to it in your own words.

INCLUDED:

  • Self-paced access

  • Want to understand themselves without wading through generic content

  • Prefer listening to reading, especially when time or focus is limited

  • Are looking for something between "quick Google search" and "full clinical assessment"

  • Want language that reflects real, lived complexity, not a symptom checklist

This course is information, not therapy.

Please read the following before you begin — or at any point during the course where something surfaces that feels larger than you expected. This has been written with genuine care for your wellbeing.

This course provides evidence-informed information about autistic experience, the nervous system, menopause, and burnout. It is designed to help you understand your own experience more clearly, and to offer language and frameworks that may support meaningful change over time.

It is not a substitute for individual psychological therapy, clinical assessment, or crisis support. Nothing in this course constitutes a diagnosis, a treatment plan, or a therapeutic relationship. The content is informational in nature, and is not tailored to your individual circumstances.

If anything in this course brings up feelings, memories, or experiences that feel difficult to hold on your own — please do not push through. Reaching out for support is not a sign that you are not coping. It is a sign that you are taking your own wellbeing seriously, which is exactly what this course is asking you to do.

If you are accessing this course from outside Australia and something in this material has surfaced something that needs support, please do not navigate it alone.

Your first step: reach out to your GP or primary care doctor. They can help connect you with appropriate mental health support in your country, provide referrals, and ensure you have access to the right level of care for what you are experiencing.

If you are looking for a psychologist or therapist who understands neurodivergence, your country's psychology regulatory or professional body is the best place to start. Most have searchable directories that allow you to filter by specialty.

Psychology regulatory bodies by country:

Search for your national psychology board or association, or ask your GP for a referral to a registered psychologist with experience in neurodevelopmental conditions.

In a crisis? Contact your local emergency services or visit findahelpline.com to locate a crisis line in your country.

If the education here has helped you recognise that individual support would be valuable, the Her Mind team specialises in exactly this, neurodiversity-affirming psychology for late-identified autistic women in midlife. We understand what you are navigating, and we work from a framework that genuinely sees you.
